CD Insulation Weld Pins is a type of weld insulation fasteners, they are used for fixing the insulation materials to various metals. They are welded to the metal by a stud welding machine( Insulation pin welder), After pins are welded in place and the insulation is installed on the CD insulation weld pins. Finally use self locking washers or Dome Capped Washers to sercure with the CD Insulation Weld Pins to Fix the insulation.
CD Insulation Weld Pins are made out of all kinds of raw materials-Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Galvanized Steel or Copper coated Steel, There is a standard welding point on the pin head. The standard pin diameter from 14 gauge, 12 gauge, 11 gauge and 10 Gauge, the pin length is depoend on the insulation material thickness. it usuaully longer 1/2" than the insulation material.
