Perforated Base Insulation Pins is a kind of insulation fastener, they are used for impaling or installing various of insulation materials, such as fiberglass boards, rockwool boards etc. they are manufactured out by a perfoated base with a nail. the raw material is available in stainless steel, Aluminum, Galvanized Steel. The typical perforated base insulation stick pin-the base is 50×50mm, the pin diameter is 12 Gauge( 2.7mm).

Perforated base insulation stick pins have 44 holes on the perfoated base, the 44 holes are used to grap the adhesive or allow a screw to hold the perforated base in place.

They are used to hold heavier insulation materials that the self adhesive insulation stick pins can't work. after the insulation is installed, use a self locking washer or a dome cap to sercure with the pins to fasten the insulation.
